Chicken
  • Florentine Chicken - seared breast topped with a cream of spinach, garlic, tomato and melted jack cheese
  • Sorrentino Chicken - lightly floured breast, seared in olive oil, topped with shaved prosciutto ham, provolone cheese and flashed spinach
  • Forest Chicken - breast of chicken stuffed with a reduction of wild mushroom, truffle oil, cream and shallots, hand rolled and breaded then crisped and served with a sherry truffle cream
  • Stuffed Chicken - breast of chicken stuffed with boursin cheese, fresh arugula and diced roasted red pepper, hand rolled and breaded then crisped and served with an herb cream sauce
  • Cacciatore Chicken - pan seared and stewed with tomatoes, garlic, peppers, onions and basil served over basmati
  • BBQ Chicken - herb rubbed and grilled with choice of sauce or no sauce at all, Thai BBQ, sweet, spicy , mustard or traditional
  • S&P Roast - dry rubbed with cracked pepper and kosher salt, roasted on the bone and served with natural jus from the bone
