• Italian Sausages - with onions, bell peppers and LOTS of garlic served over asiago polenta with natural jus
• Roast Cajun Pork Loin -dry rubbed with cajun seasonings, seared and slow roasted and served with a cinnamon bourbon butter sauce
• Thai BBQ Center Cut Pork Chops - served over ginger scented jasmine rice with glazed veggies
